Tuning: This is the single most important aspect of piano service. Please  see our  tuning  page for
                     more information
.
Cleaning: We offer a full interior cleaning on all grand pianos. This includes the action, keybed,
soundboard, (underneath the strings), and  keytops.  Lubrication of all action parts
and keys is also included.  Exterior cleaning and repair is also available.
Repairs: This includes but is not limited to: action parts, keys, trapwork (pedals), and case parts.
Sticking keys, buzzes, and other minor problems are usually solved during the tuning at no
extra cost. Major repairs are considered  to be rebuilding or reconditioning issues.
Player Piano Service: This is a highly specialized field and our technicians are certified installers
on all systems.  Please see our
Player  Piano Information   page for more information.
Consulting: Whether you are buying or selling a piano you will likely need a technician to evaluate
the piano. If you are selling we will give you a complete evaluation of your pianos  condition,
speak  with potential buyers, and even post your piano on this website for sale.  If you are
purchasing  a piano we advise always having a technician thoroughly inspect the instrument.
.                     This will avoid any unknown and potentially costly repairs.
Voicing: This is a procedure to ensure the best possible tone quality of your piano.  We have
extensive  factory training in this area. We also have much experience voicing pianos for
concerts as well as for pianos in the home.
Regulation: This is  the adjustment of all of the moving parts in the action and the keys. These
get out of adjustment with constant use and need adjustment  to maintain the proper "touch"
of the piano.  How often a piano needs regulation depends on its use.
